Backtesting Affiliate Program Acceptable Use Policy
- Breakthrough
Backtesting Affiliates
(BBAs) are prohibited from engaging in the activities below. If you do
not abide by this policy, your actions will result in termination of
this Affiliate Agreement.
E-mail
Affiliates
are prohibited from sending spam, defined as unsolicited mass commercial
e-mail (UCE) that promotes their BBA business. All complaints will be
investigated. Affiliates will be required to defend their actions.
Affiliates
found to be engaging in spam will be terminated after an investigation is
conducted. You may be issued a
warning if we find that you wrote the e-mail specifically to the person who
made the spam complaint, did not mass mail the e-mail and you did not use
false e-mail addresses to hide your identity.

- You may not use our website name or
your link in any way that is not legal, ethical, moral and
honest. Be a professional.
Spam only brings disrespect, frustration, and complaints to both you
and us.
- All affiliate payments are handled
by www.clickbank.com. Read how payments are handled at http://www.clickbank.com/paychecks.html.
- You may not post on forums,
newsgroups, or unmoderated mailing lists where such posting's would be
contrary to the policies of that forum or are not in the spirit of
that media.
- You agree that in the event that
there is a complaint against you that you are solely responsible for
your actions and that we are in no way liable.
- We reserve the right to remove an
affiliate from the program at any time.
- The affiliate may also leave at any
time. Simply remove any links
or other material relating to our products.
- You agree to not only honor your
agreement with us but also with all www.clickbank.com policies and
procedures.
- No affiliate may advertise on
auction sites or any other means that may lead other users of that
website to believe it is OK to buy and sell our products from anywhere
else other than our own websites.
- Above and beyond our own polices,
every affiliate must also abide by the terms and conditions set out by
the terms and conditions of our hosting company. A breach of these
terms will affect us and thus affects you as an affiliate. If a
complaint is forwarded to us from our hosting company that turns out
to be valid then we will terminate that affiliate. Please contact us
if you would like the details of our current hosting company and
registrar.
- We reserve the right to change this
agreement any time.
